Terms of sale

Notary Everything sells a private New York Notary Public exam-prep class and related supplies. We are not the New York Department of State. Passing our class does not issue a commission.

Digital class access is delivered by email. Once access is issued, tuition is not refundable. Access runs four months. One extra four months is free if you email us. After eight months, another four months is $35. If you finish 100% of the course and fail the New York written exam, email the fail notice from New York State. We open a fresh four months, review your work, and call you.

Supply orders are custom-imprinted where noted. Allow up to ten working days. Stamps, seals, and journals ship from the maker at $9.95. Wall displays are made and shipped by us via USPS Priority at $18.00.

You are responsible for state exam and commission fees. Exam schedules change; confirm them on dos.ny.gov.
