Terms of sale

Notary Everything sells a private New York Notary Public exam-prep class and related supplies. We are not the New York Department of State. Passing our class does not issue a commission.

Digital class access is delivered by email. Once access is issued, tuition is not refundable. If you fail the New York written exam within six months of the class, send the failed slip and we will repeat the class at no charge.

Supply orders are custom-imprinted where noted. Allow up to ten working days. Stamps, seals, and journals ship from the maker at $9.95. Wall displays are made and shipped by us via USPS Priority at $15.00.

You are responsible for state exam and commission fees. Exam schedules change; confirm them on dos.ny.gov.
